This Irish version of the mojito uses Organic Mint & Honey Green Sweet Leaf Tea. It’s a healthy addition to a St. Patrick’s Day Party.

Irish Mo-Sweet-O

3 fresh mint leaves

1 1/2 oz. rum

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp sugar

Organic Mint & Honey Green Sweet Leaf Tea

Use the remaining mint as garnish.
