Not Your Average Cocktail

The day of the simple gin martini has passed. Now even a martini is a culinary experience. Swan’s Café, in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers has two new cocktails that feature exotic teas.

 

Spiced Apple Mar-Tea-ni

2 Parts Tea Infused Vodka (fresh ginger, pear halves, clove, leaf of black tea)
1 Part Sour Apple Schnapps
Splash of Grand Marnier.

 

 

 

Keemun Cream Cocktail

1 part Keemun Infused Vodka (Keemun Hao Ya A Tea and a whole Clove)
1 part Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 part whipped Chantilly cream

Serve on the rocks garnished with cinnamon and clove

 

The Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers recently completed a $20 million room renovation. Built in 1927, the hotel, adjacent to the Public Gardens, is a member of Historic Hotels of America, and a recipient of Successful Meetings Pinnacle Award.
