Belvedere Earl Grey Fizz

1 oz Belvedere Vodka (or Citrus)
¾ oz Earl grey tea syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Moet et Chandon Brut Imperial

Garnish with a Lemon twist or redcurrants.

Asian Iced Tea

45 ml TY KU sake
10 ml Sherry (10 ml.)
1 tsp Green tea liqueur)

TokyoTea

TY KU Soju
Iced Tea or Green Tea
Squeeze of lemon, lime, or orange.
